					<p>PeopleIndex is designed to help you increase awareness of important self-management and interpersonal strengths and development needs. PeopleIndex provides feedback on 17 job relevant competencies divided into three areas: 1) Self-Management; 2) Relationship Management; and 3) Communication.</p>
					
					<p>PeopleIndex contains 74 questions. You will provide responses to these items using the 1 - 7 scale next to each item. Select the number that reflects how frequently you have practiced the specific skill or behaviour described in the item.</p>
